The Relationship File
A short, co-signed Markdown file that names the working trust between a human and an AI. It keeps long-running collaboration from drifting by making the relationship explicit, reloadable, and answerable to real life.
beacon.md
A Durable Signal
A small, durable orientation file placed where memory may fail. It helps a human, agent, or future contributor recover the intent of a project after context is lost or the work begins to drift — empathy, alignment, and wisdom.
